Easily the best supplement I've ever taken and I've tried a lot. The only things I've never taken are stuff that's hormone related and stuff that's insulin related as I see them both causing more problems down the line.
The taste is very mild and not bad at all. It certainly won't ruin anything you put it in. If you eat cottage cheese, you can mix this in it and nobody would even know it's in there. I use a blender and mix it in with my protein shake or my mass gainer shake. I go with 2, tablespoons each and have 2 shakes a day for 4 tablespoons total daily I don't recommend using a shaker cup to mix this stuff. I don't think you'd ever be able to get the lumps out.
As far as the benefits go, I notice I don't get heartburn any more from foods that used to give it to me. I workout a lot and have gotten better results in my late 40's than I did in my early 20's. This is the only thing that changed.
Your body has a certain weight it wants to be at and a certain bodyfat percentage it wants to be at. It can be really tough to break through those areas. As soon as I started with the regular stuff, I noticed that when I gain weight, more of it is muscle and less of it is fat. When I lose weight, I noticed that more of it is fat and less of it is muscle. Once I noticed this, I upgraded to this version of the product.
If there's other potential benefits, I can't speak on them. I haven't noticed anything, but I haven't been looking either. Other than being hard to mix, I haven't found any downside. There's a different version of the product you can try if that's important to you
Think about what this stuff actually is. It's essentially powdered breast milk from cows. I'm not an expert on cows, but breast milk is the only thing babies take in for a certain amount of time during the most important time of their life. IF there is a perfect food out there, that should be it. Give it a shot. I haven't moo'd yet.
